Pilates Matwork

The Stott Pilates Method. Emphasis on precision and flow of movement, breath, centering and focus. Good class for newer students to learn proper technique. Provides experienced students the challenge of progressing to more difficult exercises.

Pilates Plus 

 A 75 minute class designed to use more calories, improve cardio fitness and lengthen, tone and sculpt muscles. Exercise footwear required. Combination of standing cardio work and mat pilates.

Pilates Blend

A blend of Stott Pilates matwork with use of a selection of exercise props including stablility balls, toning balls, mini fitballs, foam rollers and/or flexbands. Props  are used to add variety and challenge to Pilates work.

Pilates Mini Ball

A 9" ball adds intensity and variation to Stott Pilates workout. For newer students mini ball can be used to help modify exercises. Experienced students will enjoy the added challenge.

Pilates Flex Band

A 6'x4" rubber resistance band is used to apply variable resistance to mat Pilates exercises for increased toning and strength benefits.

Pilates Toning Ball

Hand held weighted balls (1-4lbs) add variety and challenge to Stott Pilates workout increasing upper body strength and toning effect.

Pilates Power Mat

Faster paced Stott Pilates matwork with challenging tweeks to increase stamina and strength.
