Martha has been teaching yoga in the Mid Ohio Valley since recieving her Yoga Alliance certified
Teacher Training Certificate in 2004. Martha has contined her education since then by studying with seasoned yoga instructors
who influence and inspire her teaching and yoga practice.

are detrimental to our well being and to address them - to keep our joints healthy and juicy - to build strength and
